Regardless of the nature of the loss through death, we all confront the depths of grief at some point. White's Chapel offers an 8-week workshop designed to help individuals identify the differing aspects and stages of grief, the effects of the grieving process, and healthy models of living with and through grief. Through lessons and sharing, the group takes an active approach to understanding grief. Sessions are held in late winter and in the fall each year.
