Wednesdays, starting May 31 until August 9 at 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Center for Spiritual Care Living Room
The death of a loved one often leaves us feeling paralyzed and wondering how we can move forward. You are invited to join us for an 11-week study that uses scriptural wisdom to explore the pain and emptiness that accompanies grief. As a participant you will receive spiritual encouragement for a life of renewed hope, and yes, even joy. The group will be helpful in offering specific coping strategies to guide the way back to fullness of life. If you or someone you know is grieving the death of a loved one, please join us; both church and community members are welcome. We will be following Alan Wolfeldt’s “Understanding Your Grief” Participant book and Journal; both books are available for purchase in the WC Bookstore. The final date to register is Thursday, May 25.
The group is facilitated by Rev. Tolli Macalik, email@example.com.
